MathAAIBex is an educational study app for IB Mathematics Analysis and Approaches. This Privacy Policy explains what information the app handles, how that information is used, and the choices available to users.

MathAAIBex is designed to work without account creation. The app stores limited information to support core functionality, including learning progress, exercise completion state, local premium unlock state, and app preferences needed for normal operation.

MathAAIBex offers an optional one-time non-consumable in-app purchase for premium access. Purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. MathAAIBex does not receive full payment card details.

MathAAIBex does not use third-party advertising SDKs in the app and does not use in-app tracking for targeted advertising. MathAAIBex does not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

At the time of this policy, MathAAIBex does not require access to the camera, microphone, photos, contacts, location, or health data.

The limited information handled by the app is used to display learning progress, preserve exercise completion and study continuity, manage premium access state, and support app stability and normal functionality.

MathAAIBex does not sell personal information and does not share user study progress with third-party advertisers. Locally stored app data generally remains on the device until the app is deleted, the device is reset, or the app's local data is otherwise cleared.

MathAAIBex is published from California. If you are a California resident and have a privacy question or want to request access, correction, deletion, or additional details about personal information you directly provided to the publisher, contact JT Scientific at jtscientific2016@gmail.com. Some California privacy rights apply only when a business meets specific statutory thresholds or processes certain categories of data.

MathAAIBex is provided for educational and study-support purposes only. It does not guarantee exam scores, admissions outcomes, or any academic result. MathAAIBex is not official International Baccalaureate Organization material.

MathAAIBex grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational use on devices you own or control, subject to Apple's platform rules.

You agree not to misuse the app, redistribute paid or proprietary app content without permission, falsely imply affiliation with the International Baccalaureate Organization, or falsely imply affiliation with MathAAIBex or JT Scientific.

Premium access may be offered as a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase. Purchases are processed by Apple. Restores are handled through Apple and the app's restore flow. Billing and refund matters are governed by Apple's platform terms except where law requires otherwise.

MathAAIBex may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MathAAIBex and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of the app, including academic outcomes, loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on app content.
