Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using NeuroX, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Service Description

NeuroX is an educational iOS app intended to support neuroscience study and practice. The app includes macro-skill explanations, micro-skill content organized by unit, guided practice questions, case-study analyses, and optional premium access.

Educational Use Only

NeuroX is provided for educational and study-support purposes only. It does not guarantee exam scores, course results, admissions outcomes, or any academic outcome. NeuroX is not official university, college, or course material.

No Medical Use

NeuroX is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment guidance, emergency guidance, triage support, or clinical decision support. Examples involving disease, lesions, drugs, symptoms, patients, or therapies are included only for academic study and must not be used to make real-world health decisions.

License and Acceptable Use

NeuroX grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial educational use on devices you own or control, subject to Apple’s platform rules.

You agree not to misuse or interfere with the app, redistribute paid content in violation of applicable law or platform rules, falsely imply affiliation with NeuroX or any academic institution, or use the app for unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes.

Premium Access

NeuroX may offer a one-time non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks premium content. Purchases are processed by Apple. Restores are handled through Apple and the app’s restore flow. Billing and refund matters are governed by Apple’s platform terms except where law requires otherwise.

Availability and Warranties

NeuroX may be updated, modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time. The app is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. No warranty is made that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly aligned with any examination standard or academic requirement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NeuroX and its publisher are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages arising from or related to use of the app, including academic outcomes, loss of data, business interruption, or reliance on app content.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Independent Status and Contact

NeuroX is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any university, college, hospital, clinic, examination body, or official academic institution unless explicitly stated otherwise.
