By downloading, installing, or using SpellingBeeReady (the App), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (Terms). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

If you are a parent or guardian allowing a child to use this App, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that child.

Description of Service

SpellingBeeReady is an educational application designed to help students practice spelling through daily practice sessions with AI-generated words, mock spelling bee competitions, progress tracking and performance analytics, and personalized learning based on grade level and difficulty.

User Accounts and Profiles

• No account registration is required to use the App.
• Student profiles are created locally on your device.
• Profiles use nicknames only; no real names or personal information required.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for its intended educational purpose. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the App; use the App for unlawful purposes; interfere with App functionality; or distribute the App through unauthorized channels.

Intellectual Property

• The App and its original content are owned by SpellingBeeReady.
• The App is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute the App without permission.
• Word content generated by AI is provided for educational use only.

Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Gemini AI to generate spelling words. By using this feature, you acknowledge Google's terms of service apply to AI-generated content, we are not responsible for accuracy of AI-generated content, and internet connection is required for word generation features.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED AS IS WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS, BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, PRODUCE ACCURATE RESULTS, OR HAVE ALL ERRORS CORRECTED.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE; DAMAGES FROM USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP; OR EDUCATIONAL OUTCOMES OR PERFORMANCE RESULTS.

Termination
