1. Summary

BiologyAPex is designed to work primarily offline. We do not require account creation to use the app.

2. Data We Collect

We do not intentionally collect personal information directly through in-app forms or account registration because no account system exists in the app.

3. Data Stored on Device

The app stores study progress and completion state locally on your device (for example, solved status and practice progress).

4. In-App Purchases

Premium purchases are processed by Apple via StoreKit/App Store. We do not receive your full payment credentials. Apple may process transaction and account data under Apple's own policies: Apple Privacy Policy.

5. Analytics and Tracking

As of the effective date above, BiologyAPex does not include third-party analytics SDKs, ad SDKs, or in-app behavioral tracking frameworks.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share personal data with third-party advertisers from inside the app.

7. Children's Privacy

BiologyAPex is an educational app intended for students. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through account registration forms because no account system exists in the app.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Because progress is stored locally, uninstalling the app generally removes app-local data from your device (subject to iOS backup/restore behavior).

9. Security

Local app data relies on Apple platform security controls and the security posture of your device.

10. Policy Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy. The "Last updated" date will reflect revisions.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using BiologyAPex, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License

JT Scientific grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial educational use on Apple devices you own or control, subject to Apple's usage rules.

3. Prohibited Use

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as allowed by law.
• Redistribute, sublicense, resell, or commercially exploit the App or bundled content.
• Use automated scraping or extraction tools against the App's content.

4. In-App Purchase Terms

• Premium is offered as a one-time non-consumable purchase.
• No subscription and no auto-renewal.
• Purchases, billing, and refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
• Restore Purchases is available for eligible transactions tied to your Apple account.

5. Educational Use and No Guarantees

BiologyAPex is an educational preparation tool. It does not guarantee exam scores, admission results, or specific academic outcomes.

6. Intellectual Property

All app content, design, and software (except third-party marks) are owned by JT Scientific or its licensors and protected by law.

AP and Advanced Placement are registered trademarks of the College Board. References are for educational subject identification only and do not imply endorsement.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JT Scientific is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the App.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the App's premium purchase (if any).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where JT Scientific operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law in your region.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.

2. Trademark Notice

BiologyAPex is a study and exam-preparation tool. It is not official College Board content, a substitute for classroom instruction, or a guarantee of exam outcomes.

4. No Score Guarantee

Use of BiologyAPex does not guarantee any specific AP Biology exam score, course grade, or admissions result.

5. Content and Curriculum Changes

AP Biology frameworks and exam formats may change over time. Users should verify current official requirements with College Board publications and their instructors.

6. Scientific/Medical Scope

App scenarios and data are educational practice content and may be simplified. The app does not provide medical, clinical, legal, or professional advisory services.

7. Availability

The app is provided on an "as available" basis. Features and content may be added, modified, or removed in future versions.

8. Purchase Disclaimer

Premium is a one-time non-consumable purchase with no subscription. Billing and refunds are managed by Apple.
