By downloading or using LatentLens, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not download or use the app. These Terms are in addition to Apple's standard App Store End User License Agreement (EULA).
By downloading, installing, or using LatentLens ("the app"), you ("you", "user") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and JT Scientific ("we", "us", "developer"), a developer located in California, USA. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection or data protection law.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use LatentLens on Apple devices that you own or control for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

Prices are displayed in USD. Actual price may vary by region according to Apple's App Store regional pricing tiers and applicable taxes.
Monthly and Annual subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account is charged at the time of purchase and at each renewal. You will not receive a separate renewal notice from us.
To manage or cancel your subscription at any time:
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You retain Pro access until then. No partial-period refunds are issued through us; request refunds from Apple as described below.
All purchase and refund requests are handled exclusively by Apple. We cannot process refunds directly. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com or contact Apple Support. The Lifetime plan ($9.99) is a non-consumable in-app purchase; whether a refund is granted is at Apple's sole discretion.
If you reinstall the app, switch to a new device, or your entitlement is not reflected, tap Restore purchases on the paywall screen to reinstate your purchase using your Apple ID. All purchases are tied to your Apple ID, not to a device.
The following lessons are permanently available at no cost:
All other lessons require a Pro subscription or Lifetime purchase. We reserve the right to change which content is included in the free tier in future app versions with reasonable notice.
All content within LatentLens — including lesson text, visual assets, illustrations, step structures, interactive visualizations, and the app's overall design — is the exclusive intellectual property of JT Scientific and is protected by United States and international copyright law.
You may not reproduce, republish, screenshot for redistribution, translate, or create derivative works from lesson content in any form without prior written permission from JT Scientific. Personal use (e.g. taking notes for your own learning) is permitted.
"LatentLens" is a trademark of JT Scientific. You may not use this name or any confusingly similar name in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
LatentLens is designed for educational and informational purposes only. All lesson content is created to build intuitive understanding of artificial intelligence concepts for a general audience. Content deliberately simplifies complex topics to make them accessible.
Nothing in LatentLens constitutes:
Concepts presented reflect general understanding as of the content's creation date. The field of AI moves quickly; some details may become outdated between app updates. Do not rely solely on LatentLens content for production technical decisions. JT Scientific is not responsible for decisions made on the basis of lesson content.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
JT Scientific does not warrant that: (a) the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or secure; (b) defects will be corrected; (c) the app or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) any specific results will be obtained from using the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits any implied warranty that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JT SCIENTIFIC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH: (A) YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP; (B) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE APP; OR (C) ANY OTHER MATTER RELATING TO THE APP.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM OR (B) TEN US DOLLARS ($10.00).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app at any time, with or without notice. We may also update these Terms. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where practicable, include a note in App Store release notes.
Your continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, your remedy is to stop using the app and cancel any active subscription.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the app that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. You and JT Scientific waive the right to participate in any class action or class-wide arbitration. Nothing prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.
If you are a consumer residing in a jurisdiction where mandatory consumer protection laws provide you with rights that cannot be waived by contract, those laws shall apply to the extent they conflict with anything in this section.
