2. Non-Affiliation Disclaimer
PatternMath is an independent product created by J.T. Scientific. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, approved by, or endorsed by:
- The Mathematical Association of America (MAA)
- The American Mathematics Competitions program
- The MATHCOUNTS Foundation
- Any school, school district, or tutoring company

PatternMath's practice problems are original educational content. They are not official AMC or AIME questions.
Mathematical Accuracy

4. Educational Disclaimer
PatternMath is a supplementary study tool for self-directed practice. It is not:
- A substitute for classroom teaching or tutoring
- A complete competition-math curriculum
- A predictor of a student's contest performance
Students may learn the same material through other valid approaches.

PatternMath does not promise or guarantee:
- A higher AMC score or ranking
- Qualification for AIME, USAMO, or any follow-on competition
- Better grades or school outcomes
Results depend on many factors outside the App, including prior knowledge, study time, and test-day conditions.
6. Age and Privacy Disclaimer
PatternMath is designed for students and contains no advertising or public social features. Optional in-app purchases for additional content may be offered through Apple's StoreKit system.
PatternMath does not collect personal information from users. If a purchase is made, Apple handles that transaction under Apple's own policies.
7. Availability Disclaimer
PatternMath is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. J.T. Scientific does not guarantee continuous availability or that the App will always reflect the latest competition trends.
8. In-App Notice Summary
- PatternMath is independent and not affiliated with the MAA
- Practice problems are original and not official AMC items
- Results vary by student and no score outcome is guaranteed
- Progress stays on-device unless the user chooses to export it
- Apple may handle purchase and restore activity if the user initiates those flows
